Service department is amazing! 10/10. I was driving home from Des Moines, IA to Little Rock, Ar and during that winter storm my windshield wipers stopped working. Horrible timing, however after roadside assistance towed me there, they were able to fix the issue quickly and get me on my way in 15 minutes. The staff were super friendly and helpful. If I didn’t live so far away, I’d buy my next Hyundai from them. If their service department was this friendly and helpful, the rest of the dealership should be just as great! Thank y’all once again.

Kudos to the service department, especially Zeb. While traveling back to Arkansas, I had to be towed to Fletcher in Joplin due to an unusual and freakish problem. I didn't even purchase the car there, but I was treated with such compassion and urgency to get the car repaired quickly. What started out to be a stressful situation ended up very positive thanks to Fletcher Hyundai and Zeb.

Less than ideal charging experience at the dealership.
Because whoever at the dealership viewed this review and can't figure out what's wrong with the picture, you can see in the picture a 250kW charging station with the illuminated status of "Available." Parked in front of said charging station, however, are two non-electric vehicles, both of which have their doors open, and both of which combine to completely block the charging station.
The dealership staff said that they could work on "finding the key" for said non-electric vehicles, but it would take a while.
Hence - less than ideal charging experience. I was forced to go elsewhere.
Sales professional Daniel Vang was awesome! It's nice to buy a care from someone who is kind and honest. His ability to show us cars at all the Fletcher properties was a real game-changer. Finance Manager Levi Botts was very professional. Elijah Baugh did a great job of teaching us about the vehicle. Larry Keen negotiated the price in a fair and straightforward manner. Michael Sariego from the service department was helpful in making sure the vehicle was ready to go. Overall a 5-star experience!
I am a repeat buyer at Fletcher Hyundai. I have had a great experience every time. The Tucson is a great SUV, the sales people (especially Clay Shaffer) are exceptionally professional, and the entire purchasing experience was great!
